IMEDENT / 04Product Overview
Hybrid dentures are implant-supported restorations for extensive tooth loss. Compared with removable dentures, they provide a more stable structure and can reproduce both tooth and gum appearance.
Chewing, speech and aesthetic requirements are planned individually. Four to six implants per arch are often used, depending on bone conditions and treatment planning. Patients cannot remove the prosthesis themselves; a dentist can remove it for maintenance or adjustments. Implants may support bone loading but do not guarantee prevention of bone loss.
Use and maintenance
Product selection and treatment planning are the dentist’s responsibility. Suitability, maintenance and service life depend on the individual patient.
